Shipping & Returns

International orders must have a physical shipping address; no Post Office boxes.

Orders are generally processed the business day after the order is received.  Shipping times listed on the website are estimates of time in transit provided by UPS or USPS.  During times of high order volume, processing time may be increased.  If you have questions regarding when your order will ship or when it might arrive, feel free to call us or use the "Contact Us" form.

All shipments are sent with a tracking number.  If your order shows Delivered by the carrier and you do not have your package, please contact the carrier for more information or to file a claim.

Notification of intent to return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of product(s).  Notification of damaged goods must likewise be made within 14 days of receipt of product(s) for exchange only.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Refunds, less original shipping cost when applicable, will be issued upon receipt of returned product.  No refunds will be given on products less than half full.

Disclaimer:  Our product has a limited shelf life and we cannot guarantee the freshness of any product purchased through a third-party seller (such as on Amazon, EBAY, etc.)  We will not refund or exchange any product not purchased directly through our website or from an authorized Fake Bake distributor or salon.
